What can you really expect from a keto diet? For many people who say this is a simple process, I’d like to say this one can be a tough one to follow in the beginning.
For the first two weeks, you will experience dizziness, tiredness, and headaches through the weight remains the same. If you add cardio or any form of exercise, you will likely feel even more tired but you can still accomplish your day to day tasks.
After the first two weeks, you will likely lose pounds but that is mostly water weight. When you wake up or even go to sleep, you will feel your tummy is grumbling in hunger. Your body starts to look for a new source of energy for your body. If you eat the right foods, it will recognize that you do not have enough carbs to help you stay strong then it will most likely burn the food you are taking in AND stubborn fat on your body.
My experience with the Keto diet for the first few weeks is that I feel hungry all the time. It is tempting to eat anything inside the fridge. If you feel the cravings, you can drink water because it contains zero calories. You can also eat healthy substitutes such as Greek yogurt or almonds.
After a month of June this year 2019, my body is naturally burning the stubborn fat that is stored on my body which had helped me lose another 10 pounds. In the long run, I feel like my body is full and never deprived.
