4.) Walk while watching TV. Or workout during TV commercials. You know how long it takes for commercials to run these days, right?!
5.) Run for 30 minutes. You can try running for at least 10 to 20 minutes. If you have a hard time, have your neighbor’s dog chase you out to the neighborhood.
