1.) Creamy Carrot-Ginger Soup

  • Pressure Cooker / Slow Cooker

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Carrots Roughly chopped
  • 3 cups Cauliflower Roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Chopped
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 cups Milk Fat-Free

Seasonings: Ground Ginger, Salt And Black Pepper. You can also add herb and garnishes.

    Instructions

    • Spray a slow cooker with any non-stick spray.
    • Add the carrots, cauliflower and garlic. Season with 1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger & 1/2 tsp. each salt and pepper. Then add the broth.
    • Cover and cook on high or low until vegetables for soft.
    • Turn off slow cooker then transfer the contents to a blender.
    • Then add milk until smooth

    Chicken Adobo

      Instructions

      • Place all the ingredients on the slow cooker.
      • Stir at least once then heat on.
      • Remove chicken from the slow cooker and place on a platter.
      • Add the remaining sauce from the slow cooker to the platter.
      • Serve rice.

      • 1 1/2 cups Vegetables Frozen petite (mixed)
      • 1 1/2 cups Beef Broth
      • 1 cup Onion chopped

      Seasonings: garlic powder, onion powder, salt and black pepper

        Instructions

        • Place beef in a slow cooker.
        • Season with 1 tsp. garlic powder, 1 tsp. onion powder, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper.
        • Add the remaining ingredients and then stir gently. Break the meat as possible.
        • Cover and cook on heat until beef is fully cooked and vegetables are softened.
        • Mix well.

        • Mix ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar and seasoned salt.
        • Add the ribs then stir to coat well.
        • Cook it on heat covered.
        • Serve with ribs.

        Ingredients

        • 2 cans Whole tomatoes 28-oz. can not drained
        • 2 cups Carrots Roughly chopped
        • 1 cup Onion Roughly chopped
        • 1 tbsp Garlic Chopped
        • 1/2 cup Sour Cream Light

        Seasonings: dried oregano, salt and black pepper

          Instructions

          • Place tomatoes in a slow cooker. It should be undrained. Break the tomatoes up with a potato masher.
          • Add 1 tsp. oregano, 1/4 tsp ,and 1/4 tsp. pepper.
          • Then add carrots, onion, garlic and 1 cup of water. Mix well.
          • Cover and cook in heat until vegetables are soft.
          • Transfer vegetables to a blender without liquid if possible.
          • Then add sour cream and puree until smooth.
          • Return pureed mixture to the slow cooker and mix well.
